COMMITMENT:
Monitoring will be required for all impacts determined for the I-49 Connector project. In order to monitor and report the project's activities associated with the commitments and mitigation measures discussed in the MOA, the Joint Cooperative Endeavor Agreement, the Final EIS, and Record of Decision the LaDOTD has created and will maintain an Information Management System (IMS).
STATUS:
The project website you are currently viewing constitutes the Information Management System. It is intended to keep the cooperating agencies, appropriate officials, and the public up to date of the project's latest developments. Also, it is a tool to help ensure fulfillment over time of the commitments and mitigation measures contained in the various documents.
